Another random sketch from the family photo album.

Here’s today’s attempt. I was surprised by the positive response to my previous one, but I think this is a better likeness, even if it is a less interesting expression.

I’ll probably give it another shot later in the week, but if I run out of time, I feel like I can hand this in for homework.

Drawn using soft vine charcoal. I was originally going to lightly sketch and then ruin it with ink like usual, but I found myself really enjoying the charcoal.

Whenever I stay at my parents’ house, I always end up sifting through old junk of mine. Here’s what I looked like in 6th grade, before braces, and before i realized that glasses still worked if they were smaller than two frisbees.
